SHIPPING CHOCOLATE AND MELTABLE ITEMS IS RISKY!!
Premium chocolate melts easily so we pack these products with insulating material and frozen gel
packs. We do everything possible to safeguard against melting.
Coffee Wholesalers provides a Insulated lined box and gel ice packs, which turn your box into a little ice cooler! Unfortunately, these materials won't protect against the heat for
much longer than
about three days but we are very sorry that we CANNOT accept returns or give refunds on meltable items,
nor can we guarantee a delivery date.
If you cancel an chocolate order after it has been processed and
boxed there is a 20% restocking and handling fee.
Meltable products need be shipped via UPS 3 Day Select or faster!
All meltable products shipped UPS 3 Day Select can be sent only on Monday or Tuesday of the week so that packages don't sit in a UPS hub over the weekend.
If you live on the West Coast and are within red or blue areas on
the map above, or if you want to use UPS Ground anyway, you may use
UPS Ground shipping for chocolate "At Your Own Risk" UPS
does not guaranty delivery times on ground shipping.
Ground shipping from the West Coast to the East Coast can sometimes
take ten days, but generally takes five sometimes six working days,
plus the weekend days if not shipped on a Monday.

If you are wanting something shipped immediately, NEXT
DAY AIR or 2 DAY AIR, or delivered on a
specific date please contact us before you order so we can determine
whether or not we can fill your order in time,
UPS Saturday Delivery is an additional $10 over the
actual shipping cost. You must request Saturday delivery in the
comments section of the shopping cart. If the delivery date for 3
Day, 2 Day or Next Day shipping falls on a Saturday your package
will be delivered on the following Monday unless you pay for
Saturday delivery.
To provide the freshest, highest quality products
some of our chocolate items are ordered from the manufacturer when
orders are placed for them from the web site, this may cause some
delay in processing orders for chocolate items, we will email you if
there is more than a few day delay in getting chocolate items from
the manufacturer.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Chocolate orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must
be shipped 2 Day or Next Day Air.
Package Shipping Weight
Orders weighing more than 50 pounds may be shipped in multiple boxes.
Shipping costs on multi-box orders are calculated per box weight,
not on total order weight.
